Rules for accessing and using the austrong.com.vn website.

These Terms of Use are an agreement between Austrong Group Joint Stock Company (“Austrong”, “we”) and anyone who visits or uses the austrong.com.vn website (“you”). Please read them carefully before using the website. In case of any discrepancy, the Vietnamese version prevails.

1. Acceptance of terms

  • By accessing or using any content or feature of the website, you agree to these Terms of Use and to Austrong’s Privacy Policy.
  • If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the website.
  • These terms take effect from the moment you start accessing the website.

2. About the website

The austrong.com.vn website is owned and operated by Austrong to present the company, its products, projects, news and careers, and to receive requests for advice and quotations. The website does not sell products and does not accept online payments.

3. Product information and quotations

  • Technical specifications, images, colours and documents on the website are for introduction and reference. Colours on screen may differ from the actual product due to displays and photography. Please check physical samples or the official colour chart before ordering.
  • Austrong may improve its products and change specifications without prior notice.
  • Price lists published on the website are for reference only. Prices, quantities, lead times and delivery terms are only valid under an official quotation, contract or order confirmed by Austrong or its dealer.
  • Warranty is provided under Austrong’s Warranty Policy.
  • All content on the website, including text, images, videos, design, layout, graphics, technical documents, drawings and source code, is owned by Austrong or its licensors and is protected under the Intellectual Property Law of Vietnam.
  • The name and logo “Austrong” and related trademarks are the property of Austrong and may not be used without Austrong’s written consent.
  • Copying, modifying, distributing or publishing website content for commercial purposes without Austrong’s written permission infringes Austrong’s rights. Austrong may require such use to stop and claim compensation for damages (if any).

5. Your right to use the content

  • You may view, download, print and share website content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you credit the source as “© Austrong Group – austrong.com.vn”.
  • Austrong catalogues, technical documents and CAD drawings may be used to design, document and build projects that use Austrong products.

6. Prohibited conduct

When using the website, you must not:

  • Provide false information or impersonate another person or organisation when submitting forms;
  • Send spam, advertising, malware or content that is unlawful or offensive;
  • Interfere with, attack, scan for vulnerabilities in or disrupt the website, or gain unauthorised access to its systems;
  • Use automated tools to collect data from the website in bulk without Austrong’s permission;
  • Use website content to mislead others about the origin of products or to harm Austrong’s reputation.

7. Information and files you submit

  • You confirm that the information you submit through our forms is accurate and that you have the right to provide any attached files (drawings, photos, project documents).
  • Austrong only uses the information and files you submit to advise you, prepare quotations, supply products and for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Your drawings and project documents will not be published by Austrong without your consent.
  • Austrong may refuse or disregard requests that appear to be spam, fraudulent or in breach of these terms.

The website may contain links to third-party websites and services (Zalo, Facebook, YouTube, Google Maps…) and information about distributors and dealers. Austrong does not control and is not responsible for the content or policies of those websites, or for transactions you make directly with third parties.

9. Limitation of liability

  • Austrong strives to keep information on the website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted.
  • Austrong is not liable for damage arising from your use of website information without consulting Austrong or a qualified professional, from internet connection problems, from your devices, or from the actions of third parties beyond Austrong’s reasonable control.
  • Austrong does not verify the accuracy of opinions, comments or information from third parties quoted on the website.

10. Cookies

11. Governing law and disputes

  • These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.
  • Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring the dispute before a competent court of Vietnam.

Austrong may amend these Terms of Use and the website’s content and features at any time. The new version takes effect when it is published on this page, with the update date shown at the top of the page. By continuing to use the website, you accept the changes.
